Holiday Customer Service Hours

To give our FAB team some well-deserved time off this year, our Customer Support will be closed from 22nd December 2022 to 4th January 2023. If you submit a request during this time we will respond as soon as possible after January 4th.

Latest Recommended Posting Dates

We expect all services to be extremely stretched this year, so we recommend ordering as soon as possible. The dates below are guidance only, and we expect in some instances that mail services will be unable to meet these dates, so please leave plenty of time if you're hoping for items to arrive before the holiday season.

Thursday 8 December – last order date for manufacture on demand 

Saturday 17 December - USPS First Class

Monday 19 December - USPS Priority

Wednesday 21 December FedEx 2 Day

Thursday 22 December FedEx Standard Next Day

International 

Tuesday 29 November – last order date for Canada manufacture on demand 

Tuesday 29 November - USPS First Class to Africa, Central and South America

Tuesday 6 December - USPS First Class to all other countries
